A while back I helped a friend make this mini documentary about farming and the food system in the US. It was one of my first attempts at film making, but I think the information opens up a great discussion. My own family has been switching over to sustainable food sources like the local saturday farmers markets in downtown Woodinville and Redmond. We have also had our own garden which supplies us with about 50% of what we need in the summer months, and 40 % in the fall and winter months ( Fresh in summer, canned in winter ) . After watching this video, whats your opinion on this issue?
