Nightmare

Driving through the center of my city at night is like driving through a ghost town. We are all used to the hustle and bustle of life in the big city but its another world at night. Gone are the cars that clog the streets. The peddlers disappear to the shelters, bars or cardboard boxes. The noise has subsided to a slight hum, as if the city is a giant , and the noise is a slight snore. Its as if one has wondered into a nightmare.
